Sleep well thanks to 2 extra-long beds, the silence and the darkening roller blind. Downstairs: shower, toilet. Upstairs: Kitchen, Bedroom, Living Room. The charming Amersfoort: 13 km and cozy Barneveld: 7 km. NO breakfast, TV, oven, dishwasher. HOWEVER, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, soap, coffee, tea.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.
