Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounds the property. The area is ideal for walking, riding, and biking. There's easy access by train to London, and by road to other attractions in the south-east of England. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are attic rooms with sloping ceilings and may not be suitable for the very tall or those with restricted mobility.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex.
