Anton is an incredible host! I wasn’t expecting him to meet me at the train station when I arrived! Was very kind of him and it ensured I found his place. His place is also right next to the S-Bahn, so it makes a morning commute into München or the surrounding five lake area super convenient! Beautiful home, thank you Anton :)

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

Staying at Yoenia's was and always is very good. The apartment is absolutely clean, high-quality, quiet and communication with Yoenia is always very fast and helpful.

Great loft apartment. The people from the small village are very friendly. With countryside walks close by and a large variety of birds this location is amazing. The lake is approx 1km away and loads of waterside choices from ice cream to restaurants. I had a 4 week stay for business purposes, and except for the fact that I was missing my own home, I could have stayed longer. The only negative thing I would add is this. The fridge is in the same living space as the sleeping space and is quite noisy with the stop starting throughout the night. Thank you Stefan and Cornelia for a memorial experience.

Maxi's place is perfect, comfortable Beds, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean and modernly furnished. Especially with a child, a great apartment, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Maxi is super straightforward. Everything as described or shown in the photos. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is great, furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt right at home It invites you to linger longer. There was nothing missing. The existing amenities leave nothing to be desired. In particular, the equipment in the kitchen goes beyond basic equipment. The contact to and with Alexandra was very accommodating and friendly. She gave us good advice for activities and restaurants in the area. We thank you very much for the friendly welcome and recommend it to everyone!

I had a great stay. It was quite a ways from the S-bahn, so be aware if you have bags and no car. I forgot something at the location and they have been kind enough to work with me in mailing it back to me! Overall, great experience.

Nina and Nico are very friendly, we were able to book the apartment at short notice and spontaneously. Nina reacted immediately and responded. The apartment is chic, modern and very thoughtfully furnished. In the kitchen there was everything you need for cooking. Due to the good location, you could easily explore nearby villages and then relax wonderfully in the cozy apartment. The flyers and travel guides provided for daily planning were particularly helpful. Also, if you have any questions, they will help you quickly and kindly – the hosts were really welcoming and dedicated.

Great, lovingly designed space. Own parking space. Everything picco bello. Centrally located to the lake and other excursion destinations. We had great weather and were allowed to use the bike and even the garden. Check-in was hassle-free and the two were immediately available. We highly recommend the place.

We are "repeat offenders" and have now stayed in this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have taken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can also be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

We had a lovely few days in Eva’s home during our Munich portion of our vacation. The building was in a walkable area and had a decent amount of street parking as we rented a car because of our planned day trips. We would stay at Eva’s again anytime! Book with confidence!

We had a lovely time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we didn't miss anything. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well cared for and the decoration is nice. The area is quiet, close to a supermarket and cafes, and a few minutes away from the highway by car. Spacious parking. Communication with the owner was very good and fast. I would go back. The kitchenware was somewhat scarce.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

This was an ideal spot for our month in Munich. It's in a quiet residential area steps from a peaceful park and just blocks from the UBahn. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our host was welcoming and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
