A lovely quiet and characterful place with woodland walks from the door and also within easy reach of Halifax and Hebden Bridge. Accommodation had everything we needed, good parking, well equipped kitchen and enough space. There was local information provided and lots of books available. We didn't meet the hosts, but they answered messages promptly. Would stay there again.

Can’t thank Eve enough for her amazing communication and accommodating our early check in time. The flat was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Absolutely everything you’d need provided for your stay and a shop just across the road which was very handy! Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

Well, what an amazing apartment, it most definitely did not disappoint! Located within the heart of central Manchester City, great restaurants and shopping outlets , all in walking distance. It’s exactly what it says on the tin. The amenities in the apartment were outstanding with great fixtures. The host was very helpful and responded speedily to my queries. I’ll definitely patronise him again

Paul’s place has everything you need. Very, very clean. Good beds. Easy to park. Pleasant and help fil people in the building. Very short walk to Métro, excellent restaurant short walk away. Bus stop outside to Manchester if you don’t want to take the Métro. Supermarkets in Sale, choice of Sainsbury, Tesco, Aldi, B and M, M and S good hall. Good pubs. Paul’s place is great for a stay in Sale, with easy access to Manchester.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of MCR! Right on the doorstep of the canal, a stones throw away from central, Northern Quater and Ancoats. Amazing reccomendations from the host and a quick guided tour round Kampus. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I ever get the chance!

This was probably the most beautiful airbnb I have ever seen. A spotless, huge property with a garden too. Beautiful house with all the amenities that you need and even more! Totally worth the price! Rachael was very helpful and responsive. She made us feel totally at home and answered all our queries.. Would highly recommend staying here😊

I had a lovely stay at this flat. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable rental experience. The host was responsive, making the check-in process smooth.

Alex was very helpful and always responded to any questions in minutes. The flat felt cosy and at home. manchester city centre is a 12 minute drive and the same for the Trafford centre. Definitely recommend, and will be back if i ever come to Manchester again.

Great value for a private space in a very safe neighbourhood, just a short walk from Sale Centre. The kitchen was handy for simple meals, and while the en-suite was compact and didn’t have a door separating it from the sleeping area, the overall stay was comfortable and convenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. John was very repsonsive and sent us clear instructions on how to find the property and check in. There was plenty of private parking available. A retail park bearby with lots of large retail supermarkets and restaurants were nearby which was very useful as well. The apartment itself was as shown in the pictures, everything was clean and fresh and it was very homey and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and cosy stay, also right next to the station so it’s very good to be able to travel to places.

Flat is very private and in a lovely quiet area. Really easy to get self checked-in and the flat had everything you needed and more in the kitchen plus plenty of towels and soap in the bathroom. There was also an amazing space just 10 minute walk away for taking the doggo to stretch his legs after being the car for hours. Rachel was really responsive as we had to contact her about the water, she was very helps and generous to get fixed for us.

Thanks to the landlord‘s assistance, he gave us a good impression when we first came to Manchester to settle down. He answered many of my questions and responded to my questions quickly. The room is tenths large, the room is very warm, and it is very convenient to go to the supermarket, and it is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

Chris was a welcoming and friendly host. Her place was spotlessly clean and perfect for a two person stay. We loved the hot tub and the view of the field and hills. Great to be able to access the countryside right from the cabin. Pubs within strolling distance - a great choice for a peaceful break.

Amazing stay! Amazing hosts! Thank you Sam for being a great host. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed - even a complimentary cocktail! Very responsive and attentive to our needs. Flexible check in and check out. Overall a very peaceful location and easy access to places via taxi. Although a small Airbnb, it was cosy with enough space for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Hot tub was lovely, large, and clean. The garden was pretty and well kept with lovely lights and a cosy summer house. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. No faults at all!
