Great location if you want to be close to the station and restaurants/bars. Very comprehensive guest book accessed online. Richard was a good communicator and the place was very comfortable.

Great location in a very safe, quiet, and walkable community. Less than 15 minutes to amenities: restaurants, transportation, groceries, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, parks… The host is helpful and friendly, and was very responsive to ensure our stay made for a great holiday. The unit itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived and includes everything needed for a short or longer term stay. The bathroom, kitchen, etc. are all modern, with high-end appointments. We look forward to a return visit.

We had an amazing stay in Balham. Nicholas was a great host who quickly responded to any questions, even the annoying touristy ones, and provided very clear instructions. The home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Spending a week in this home was a delight. It is a quick walk from Balham Station, and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants in town. We were only a 20-30 minute underground train ride from everything we wanted to see and do in London. It is absolutely a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Overall, it is a great place to stay. The apartment and overall building are well kept and have everything needed for a stay. the size of apartment is small but completely as advertised and is designed very well with usage of space. Clean aesthetics and very peaceful. The team is extremely supportive and check in and check out were without hassle. i checked in late after midnight but team made sure I had all instructions and with the digital key everything is seemless. The surrounding area is really peaceful and parks are closeby so are markets and restaurants and subway with connections to central London is also on walking distance. will definitely recomment the place for stay and will for sure use it again. A lovely apartment with bundles of character in a brilliant location next to Putney Heath. Feels very quiet yet everything close by. The Telegraph pub a short walk away was lovely. Laura was so kind and welcoming and even left out little baby books for us. thank you so much

Absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by every detail of this place. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a true haven, thoughtfully designed with care and impeccable taste. Cozy, spotlessly clean, full of great energy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and then some!). You can truly feel the host’s dedication to creating an unforgettable experience. I felt completely at home — or better yet, in a place I wish was my home. Highly recommend, and already missing it!

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

We had a great 2 month stay with Chris and Loi while we were waiting for our new build house to be completed. They are excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating, responding immediately to any messages, and always offering help with anything. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet, convenient location, within easy walking distance to shops and the train station. Having parking available on the drive was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend their place.

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! This was a last minute reservation when unexpected issues arose during our trip. We were excited to find that such a wonderful place was available for a last minute booking. Would be delighted to book here well in advance in the future. The location, just steps away from the Barons Court Underground station was incredibly convenient. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself is a gem. There is plenty of space, with lots of character and places for folks to relax alone or to gather together. Everything was in outstanding shape and the kitchen was well stocked. Although we didn't cook much on this trip, I would have no problem using this kitchen to make almost anything. The decor is fun and lively and the furniture and beds were well maintained and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. This is definitely a place that I would want to come back to for another stay!

I had already been travelling for 5 weeks when I arrived at The Mews so it was a special treat to be able to stay in such a chic and comfortable place for two weeks while I worked from our head office. Open, spacious, modern and nicely laid out, it was a lovely little sanctuary to come home to everyday.

We stay at Christos' place for a month while we had some work done on our place. Chraitos couldnt have been more accomodating and flexible for us as deadlines changed with the work at our place. He was our saving grace during this time, even allowing us to have our cat there with us too. Communication was always prompt and extremly helpful. The flat itself was perfect for what we needed, just lovely. Great location..(so many great place to eat and drink), a parking space up the rd which was perfect for me,and fast internet for my husband wfh. Everything was great!

I booked Lisa place for my niece, Imogen and her partner as we had a full house and needed extra room. imigen really enjoyed her stay and remarked on how communicative her host had been.

Lovely studio, just as described. . Short walk to East Croydon station making it easy to head into London or even off to Brighton for the day. Grocery nearby as well as plenty of food and entertainment options. Stephen was very helpful in leaving detailed information about the area and things to do. Very clean with all the amenities I needed. Very communicative. Not a single problem during my 7 night stay. Would definitely stay again!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

This was the second time we are staying at Lola's apartment! We had an amazing 2-day stay at Lola's apartment! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. What truly made the stay special was Lola's kindness and hospitality. She went out of her way to help in many ways. Her quick responses and attention to detail made everything seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better host. I highly recommend staying at Lola's place and would definitely come back again. My daughter and friend had a wonderful stay. They loved the beautiful artwork and furniture. It was fun, gorgeous, comfortable in every way. Super location. 5 🌟 and above would highly recommend.

Karen’s flat was super convenient and very comfortable. Nice and close to Twickenham train station and its District line connections. Karen was very flexible with our check in too, which made a big difference to us.
