This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

The tiny home is part of a former farm estate. The former barn was converted into a separate small house with three living levels (total 50 m²). First level: fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave and dishwasher), underfloor heating and seating area with wood fireplace and sofa bed. Upper levels: bright bathroom and sleeping area with double bed (180 x 200). Private outdoor area with water area and fireplace. The laundry room can be used.

Uncomplicated, rural, quiet. Near Thun and Bern. Small kitchen, small gallery, sofa bed (160 cm) and another bed on the gallery. Large garden for everyone. Bed linen: Nordic, feather duvets with covers and fitted sheet. Connected by bridge to the homeowner's apartment. Open doors and hearts! Privacy accepted and guaranteed on request. Dogs are welcome. View from the balcony to the Prealps and evening sun.

Our small studio apartment, newly renovated in July 2020, is located in a quiet residential area in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Rüfenacht. Parking is available right by the house. Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). The city of Bern is about 8 km away. The beautiful skiing and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.

In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.
