The property was quiet, quaint, warm and cosy.... I felt at home and at ease, during my stay I had to work from essentially "the home" it was pleasant, literally home from home.... other guests were friendly. Nivaldina as a host was exceptional, she was to hand to help and support in anyway she could, I stayed for a whole week and it was a very pleasant experience.... I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area, you have a Sainsburys, other shops and amenities within walking distance.... a lovely park and Riverside nearby for scenic walks.... take the opportunity to see for yourself? Very good value for money....

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited this place as my wife had an exam nearby, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and well guided. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—just what we needed on such an important day. They kindly allowed us to stay until 12:30pm so my wife could rest before her 1pm exam, and even offered us tea and snacks. It truly felt like a home away from home. We are so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you!

Second time staying at Fionn's place, this time for a few days. The place is peaceful, away from traffic, very clean, you have access to the kitchen which has everything you could possibly need. Fionn is a lovely person, very friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for money, I can definitely recommend his place.

Once again a first class location. The bed I’m sure is Savoir it was that comfortable and although I slept alone I slept very well as at home. Caroline is a nice person with warm welcome, large towels. A good price and well worth it but, don’t tell her I said that as I may stay again. If staying in the area, stay right first time here at Caroline’s place.
