This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

The Old Cow Byre is a unique hideaway in a tranquil valley, less than 20 minutes from the Jurassic Coast's stunning beaches. Perfect for a romantic break. Come and enjoy glorious sea and country views. We are in a quiet corner of Lyme Regis, a scenic mile’s walk from the beach. The cabin has parking and is a 5 minute drive to beach. It is an easy walk down with sea views then an uphill walk back. Lyme is hilly with glorious vistas. It’s a good spot for walkers - near the coastal path plus near a footpath that takes you either inland into Uplyme’s country walks or via the picturesque River Lim for a meandering longer walk to Lyme.

Morcombelake is surrounded by The National Trust Golden Cap Estate, it is a short walk through outstanding countryside to the coast path or the heathland walks on Hardown Hill giving 360 degree views of beautiful Dorset. After a day hiking or on the beach come home to your delightful retreat and relax in the comfortable dining/living area before retiring to a cozy bed with ensuite bathroom.

The reading room....the perfect getaway for 2

The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. A unique space with a huge vaulted ceiling spacious kitchen, dining/ living area, modern integrated appliances and a beautiful oak floor. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.

Our cosy shepherd’s hut, Catkins, offers breathtaking views across West Dorset – the perfect escape in any season. Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, light the fire pit under the stars, or snuggle by the wood burner. Wake to panoramic views from your bed, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and make use of board games and books. Within walking distance of a pub and with easy access to footpaths, it’s an ideal base for exploring and relaxing.

A beautiful little cabin-on-wheels tucked away at the bottom of a small farm focussed on sustainability and spiritual practise, hidden in a willow wood and overlooking a wild pond.
