The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The entire flat is for your use. There is a balcony with comfortable seating. I don’t live on the premises, but I am a phone call away should I be needed. I live a 10 min drive away. Woodstock is one of the oldest suburbs in Cape Town and it features an incredible mix of diversity and cultures. This has led to a fusion of food, fashion, and design across the area's amazing restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. Most guests use Uber to get around. Some rent a car. There are also the public minibus taxis for an authentic experience. Depending on where you are going you could also walk ...the Woodstock Exchange is one example...
