You walk to Treasure Island (half block), Jewel Osco (2 minutes), Whole Foods (4 minutes), Lakeview Athletic Club (4 minutes), XSports Fitness (5 minutes), Walgreens (3 blocks), bars and restaurants aound the corner. Close to multiple buses on Lake Shore Drive. Grab a bus to downtown in 15 minutes You will have to climb one flight of stairs for all bedrooms Street parking is free on the east side of Broadway. The neighborhood is pedestrian and bike friendly , the 606 trail is just a few blocks away also.

The neighborhood has the same charm of the late 1800s when the house was built, and is within walking distance of the Visitor Center, Exhibition Center, Pullman Club Coffee Shop, and the National A. Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum, which is currently under construction. My husband and I live directly across the street makes us accessible to guests.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Two floors have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds and tons of room to watch movies, play ping pong, and have a meal together. You literally cannot get closer to Andersonville center, and it’s a great home base to be not far from the lake, and Wrigleyville. The enormous back yard has fire table, and tons of room for games, kids, and dogs. We do have a strict quiet hours policy and backyard access is prohibited after 10pm.
