The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Once a cowshed it has been visualised over 18 years to become the perfect countryside getaway, surrounded by horses and the stunning New Forest. Conveniently located just 20 min away from popular attractions such as Paultons Park, Salisbury Cathedral, or 30mins to Southampton + Cruise terminal, Bournemouth & Stonehenge. Byre is the ideal base to explore outdoors or relax in tranquillity

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton it is an ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs, restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge, and Paultons Park. Can be rented in conjunction with neighbouring barn, newly refurbished and recently launched 'Strides Barn" (sleeps 6).

Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...

Idyllic cottage in the New Forest

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
