We do allow pets have to keep them on a leash and please pick up after them and we have a coffee bar and a gas grill we just installed electric heaters in all the rooms so we are going try to stay open all year around

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

This private upstairs one bedroom apartment with queen size bed in an older building is 600 square feet of living space. The futon in the living room makes up into a full size bed. It is in a quite north end of Meadville neighborhood has a separate entrance and separate one car garage parking space. My house is off of Interstate Hwy 79 between Interstates 90 and 80, 40 minutes south of Erie, PA and 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It is 4 blocks downhill from Allegheny College.

I was driving halfway across the country and found this place to stay for a night. Cheaper than the hotels in the area. So glad I found this little gem! Right off the highway, very homey and clean. Olivia responded to my request very quickly and check in was efficient. Just what I needed to get a good nights rest. If I had to complain about anything I’d say the key pad used to get in was worn out, so it was difficult reading the numbers. The surrounding area was a tad sketchy. It’s in a wooded area right next to what looks like an abandoned gas station. But the house itself was fine!

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! The open room concept in kitchen, dining room and family room was perfect for our crew. All our kids had a blast fishing in the lake, riding bikes and playing with all the toys. The piano was a hit for my 13 year old, who learned how to play songs in the 2 days we were there! The distance to Edinboro college was perfect to get to our games on time. Amy and Robin are fabulous hosts! Super responsive and super informative! We will keep you in mind for our next family trip because we all want to come back!!!
