The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a small bunk bed - children only and the king size bed can also be unzipped into 2 singles. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Located in a private and ancient woodland on our farm, just outside Hambledon, in the heart of Hampshire, the perfect place to explore the South Downs National Park. A lone yurt in ancient woodland in the heart of Hampshire. Shrouded in nature. Hear the deer rustle through the brambles and watch the sunlight dapple the white, wood smoke rising through the trees.
