Delightful North Norfolk Victorian Retreat

Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Kingfisher Cottage at Itteringham Mill

Cosy bedroom on gallery above the spacious sitting room with wonderful views across the mill pond. Enjoy a drink and meal at our friendly local pub just 200 yards away or coffee and cake at our village shop just 5 minutes walk. Very peaceful but with easy access to coast and Broads. Perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers and walkers. We still have availability in Kingfisher Cottage for the Walpole Arms beer festival 28-30 June. Lots of local beers, live music and BBQ.
