Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Willkommen im „Hafenidyll“ am Peenestrom direkt am Hafen Rankwitz mit eigenem Wasserzugang. Es bietet Schlafmöglichkeiten für 10 Pers. in vier Schlafzimmern. Zudem steht ein isolierter und renovierter Bauwagen als abenteuerliche Schlafmöglichkeit für weitere 4 Pers. im Garten zur Verfügung. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, der Masterbedroom und die Küche mit Terrasse sind zum Wasser ausgerichtet. Zudem befinden sich eine Sauna, ein Spielplatz sowie eine Badestelle zum Schwimmen im Garten des Objekts.

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 minutes walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-3 people. The vacation home consists of a kitchen (15 m²) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m²) on the upper floor. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests. Parking, wallbox and bicycle stand on the property. Linen package and final cleaning included.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.
