Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Our holiday home is nestled in the quiet village of Hohendorf, a part of the city Wolgast – the perfect base for exploring the Baltic Sea and the island of Usedom. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, with hourly connections straight to the island. Cyclists can head out directly on the Usedom Loop or the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. A playground nearby makes this the ideal spot for families. Come, unwind and soak up the peace of nature – the Baltic Sea is waiting for you

Nutzen Sie den großen Spielplatz nebenan, die Usedomer Bäderbahn an die Strände Usedoms, ohne Stau und lange Wartezeiten. Machen Sie ausgiebige Fahrrad- oder Wandertouren, Kajaktouren auf der Peene oder dem Achterwasser. Auf Sie wartet ein geräumiges, Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Dusche und einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche (Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, ..)

Quiet old town apartment with garden and parking space

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ausgebauten Scheune aus dem Jahr 1896, unweit vom Ostseestrand und Greifswalder Bodden. Der Bahnhof für den direkten Weg auf die Insel Usedom, nach Greifswald oder Stralsund ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch mit dem Auto seid ihr schnell an den gewünschten Orten. Im Studio-Apartment gibt es ein 140cm breites Boxspringbett sowie eine komfortable Schlafcouch. Der kleine Garten läd zum Grillen ein und bietet Erholung.

Charmantes Loft in einer ehemaligen Traktorenwerkstatt mit inspirierender Einrichtung. In der grossen Wohnküche kann man gemeinsam kochen und an einem grossen Tisch geniessen und feiern. Im Sommer ist das auch draussen am Grill möglich. Wiesen und Wälder sind direkt vor der Tür und zur Ostsee ist es nicht weit. Weitere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten können dazu gebucht werden. Für Chöre, Bands oder andere Ensemble gibt es Probenräume. .

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
