Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

(Icelandic horses) Nearby is Kassel (UNESCO World Heritage Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, nightlife and leisure activities in a big city, Löwenburg, fairytale museum and much more!) Fulda and Eder for water sports. Cycle path R 1 2 kilometers away. Train connection, shops, fitness studio with spa, restaurants 3 km away. The Hessentag town of Fritzlar and the half-timbered town of Melsungen are 15 minutes away from the Edersee.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

Outside there are additional seats and a grill incl. charcoal for you. If it needs to be bigger, we will provide you with our fire pit. Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.

Individually furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of our beautiful half-timbered house. Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.
