Beautiful Boutique Guest Studio in Surrey

Embrace the soothing tranquility of this private unit. The home features an open-concept layout, plank wood flooring, tasteful furnishings and decor, subtle hues, and a patio area with an outdoor dining space that is home to some rather friendly ducks and petite chickens. The space is approx 30m2 and had been renovated to a high spec in September 2017. There is a good size kitchen, bathroom with a large shower, a double bed and a living area with hanging space and shelves. There is plenty of space to store your clothes while you stay. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom for laundry. The flat has its own private front door and patio area. There is also underfloor heating in all areas of the flat. In the kitchen, there is an induction hob, a self cleaning oven, a built in microwave combination oven for those who want to cook a fabulous meal. The fridge/freezer is integrated and there is also an integrated dishwasher. There is a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. If you are lucky there may be a fresh home cooked loaf of bread waiting for you. If the chickens or ducks are being kind in the Summer there may also be some fresh eggs. In the bathroom, there is a large shower, with a rain shower above and water jets. The water is softened. There is a washer/dryer in the corner of the bathroom and above some fresh large fluffy towels. There is a large wall to wall mirror above the large sink with good lighting to do your make up or have a shave (shaver socket on wall). There is a double bed with small bedside cabinets either side. The mattress is good quality and extremely comfortable. The bedding is freshly washed and ironed. In the lounge area, there is a sofa and footstool with a smart television and of course free fast wifi. There is underfloor heating throughout and there is a room thermostat if you wish to change the temperature to your comfort. Please note we can only accept guests that have their own Airbnb profiles, please be mindful of using other peoples profiles. It ensures safety and security for everyone.. There is ample parking on the front drive. Please park in front of the garage doors as this is closest to the flat. We live in the main house that is attached to the studio flat. We are often around to help answer any questions. The property is located on a quiet residential road in Mayford village between Woking and Guildford. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. Mayford is a small village between the the city centres of Woking and Guildford. The quickest and easiest method of travel is by car. There is a bus stop only a mins walk away that takes you to Woking or Guildford. There is a mainline train station - Worplesdon approx 10 mins walk that takes you to London Waterloo, Woking and Guildford. The studio flat is attached to the main house, you may hear some general house noise from the main house. The property is located on a quiet tree lined residential road in Mayford village between Woking and Guildford. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. The ideal transport would be to have your own car to drive to around the local areas. There are fabulous local pubs in walking distance that serves food all day, a local garden centre and a pretty walk to the River Wey, grab a picnic and enjoy the wildlife.

Separate Annexe, with its own entrance. Peaceful location but in the heart of Chobham Village. Perfectly situated with all amenities in a few minutes walk.
