In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

We offer a fully equipped bungalow with a small terrace consisting of 2 rooms, kitchen, hallway and 2 bathrooms. In addition to central heating, it is also equipped with underfloor heating, so it is also pleasantly warm in winter. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. I am pretty and modernly furnished and actually have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

Blue house on Lake Plauen

The vacation home is located in Quetzin. Over the last few years, we've renovated it from scratch. Lake Plau is only 100 m away. A nice swimming area is 3 minutes away. The sleeping loft is the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, the stairs up are very steep and not necessarily suitable for small children. A sofa bed is also available.
