The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. Since it was just in the final phase of construction, there are no real photos yet, but the studios are really nice :)

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Workshop studio

Relax in this natural, special and quiet place to stay. In the stylish studio above the workshop, you can enjoy the tranquility and develop your creativity on the weekend. There is plenty of space to paint and model. The large skylights provide plenty of light during the day, and at night you can see the Milky Way from the sofa bed. In the kitchenette you can prepare a small meal. The underfloor heating in the bathroom makes the stay comfortable.

The Friesenwohnung is one of three quiet, stylish and comfortably furnished apartments in the listed estate ensemble Below. It is located mainly on the park side and is characterized by a light-flooded, large living-dining room with open half-timbered walls. In the side area there is a French double bed. Next to the kitchen and bathroom is a spacious bedroom with two beds, which is located on the rondel side and invites you to dream and enjoy.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, range hood) and the bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge, where you can retreat. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
