A lovely cottage. Very handy for wandering up and down the coastline. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with top quality equipment. Elaine was very helpful and attentive. Thoroughly recommend this cottage.

This was our first time in Norfolk and also our first time using airbnb. We were not disappointed. Our Hosts Val and Andy were very attentive if needed, very helpful and friendly couple. We were relatively self sufficient with our stay at Jay's Hatch but this was mainly because our hosts had thought of everything, left clear instructions and we hadn't the need to ask many questions. Jay's Hatch is a beautiful little cottage surrounded by stunning rural views and still only a short drive to the beach. The garden is huge and was perfect for our small dog to run around in. It has a perimeter fence too so no fear of the dog escaping. Fantastic place, highly recommended Simon and Mandy

Lovely cottage in stunning rural surroundings situated minutes from stunning beaches (Cart gate, Happisburgh & Walcott) and less than 10 minutes from larger amenities. Host was friendly & helpful, well appointed accomidation with light airy bedrooms & cosy open plan living space with great size enclosed court yard style garden. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely place to stay, very quiet especially at night, cosy, clean and comfortable. Hannah was very helpful with her instructions and suggestions. It was a quick walk into North Walsham with all its facilities and a short train journey to Cromer with the dog was a unique experience for us. There was only one downside for us and this is purely our personal taste, we would have preferred a microwave rather than a coffee machine in the kitchen. We would happily stay there again if we are visiting Norfolk.
