The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

The apartment was within walking distance of the train station. The location was very quiet. I highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Schwerin. We felt very comfortable for the 3 days. There is also a folder with tips for excursions, etc. I liked it very much. We will be happy to come back.

Marvin's house is fantastic. Nice and spacious. Cozy, you feel right at home. The bed gets a pass, the sofa is wonderful. Kitchen, in which you can cook and fry an egg, dishwasher makes everything clean again. Sufficient crockery! Bathroom fine. Marvin was on hand to welcome us and show us the way. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and very private. Everything is there and if not, you can ask for it. Marvin responds very quickly. Car parked in front of the door and bicycles under the shelter. In the area, you can reach everything by bike and possibly public transportation. Lidl and coffee cafe 2 km away. We cycled a lot and Marvin showed us a convenient route to Schwerin. The Greek restaurant is also delicious. Ask Marvin about it. Schwerin Castle is fantastic. We highly recommend this house and Marvin is a SUPER HOST. All in all, we are very satisfied.

The apartment is quietly located, despite the adjacent street. The apartment was clean and corresponded to the description. The apartment is very cozy. It is all there what is needed. Everything went well, from communication with Frauke to check-in and check-out. The area is very nice too. Many attractions are easily accessible nearby. Everything worked out.

The apartment is very pretty and centrally located. In a few minutes you can walk to the pretty old town (with its many beautiful restaurants) and Schwerin Castle. Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. However, since we explored the area on foot or on very nice and well-developed routes with bikes, we looked for a free parking space a little outside.
