A laundry service is available on request for a fee.

Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom and kitchen were modernized in 2023. If you have any questions, just ask. Hallway on the ground floor is shared . ( entrance area ) Wifi / Netflix available. Welcome to our charming house located in an idyllic rural area, right on the outskirts of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Here, you will find a truly tranquil place, just about 1.5 km away from the majestic Elbe River. Enjoy relaxing days with a refreshing pool surrounded by palm trees, an outdoor kitchen, a Mediterranean-style terrace with a view of the lush greenery, a soothing Finnish sauna, and a welcoming fireplace. Our house accommodates 4 adults and 2 children.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is just a few meters from the Annaburger Heide. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!
