It is located in the idyllic garden of an old villa with separate access. On the covered porch in front of the house you can relax and watch the setting sun in the evening... Of course, the house also has heating. We ask for responsible use of the 2 electric heating systems and wall heating.

It is located directly at the Witten Annen-Nord train station and offers an ideal connection to Dortmund and the Wittener center. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. In addition, the Rheinische Donel, a beautiful old railway line, which is now used as a cycling and hiking trail, is very close.

Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
