Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Witham

Theo’s place is located in a very convenient area where we can easily access to supermarkets, restaurants and the Colchester Town station. Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear. Theo was also very responsive to our questions. Spacious living room, dining room and bedroom and well equipped kitchen. Only downside is sometimes the neighbours are a bit noisy at weekend nights. Overall we had a very happy stay, thank you Theo for hosting us :)

Wow!!! What a perfect location so much to do at a stones throw and the house is clean and tidy with everything you could need. Can not recommend enough. The hosts are so helpful as well.

A lovely apartment in the centre of Southend. It's spacious, clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The balcony is really nice, with a good view over the town and the estuary and is a real sun-trap on a sunny afternoon. The location suited me perfectly, very central with good transport connections and close to all the shops. Maria is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

My friend and I stayed with our two 17 year old daughters. plenty of space and a lovely apartment. I particularly enjoyed the balcony off the kitchen. very nice for outdoor coffee and breakfast !

had the best getaway with my partner, the place was clean and made us feel like home the second we stepped in, it was wonderful and I would reccomend it to anyone who asks about it, short walk to town center which is then a direct link to the seafront, a refreshing change, definitely coming again

A stunning Airbnb. Really thoughtful touches and definitely convenient for a longer stay. Beautiful peaceful location, but a convenient spot in the heart of Woodbridge. The perfect location as a base for our wedding weekend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Honeybee cottage. Our host was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our stay and we felt really welcome when we arrived. The cottage is fantastic in many ways - comfortable, clean, homely, equipped with everything we needed, has a car space and a garden. It’s also brilliantly located close by to many great cities, villages, beaches and attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and will definitely try to book again the next time we’re in the area.

We stayed in Katie’s accommodation to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday. The accommodation is gorgeous and has everything you need. We really appreciated having an en-suite in every bedroom. Lots of entertaining rooms downstairs and beautiful large garden. Would highly recommend this accommodation for large family gatherings. Perfect for all ages. Thank you

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Denisa was a responsive and accomodating host. Our stay at Little George was enjoyable throughout our weekend away and it met all our needs

We had a great stay, the house was stocked with everything we could need. Love the extra touches of brownie/bread/milk etc left for us. Great for little children too, use of cot, high chair and baby cutlery provided was much appreciated! Enclosed garden and private driveway are a bonus as well. Very quick responses when we had a couple of queries. We hope to stay again on future trips to Colchester. Thanks Rob and Louise!

fantastic little place, ideally located for visiting the Imperial War Museum and Cambridge. Beautifully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. We would definitely return and recommend.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Lovely place to stay. Felt right at home. The best thing was the shower, nice and powerful. Great location down a dead end road also loads of parking and easy walk to shops. Added feature of cookies which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay in Bury St Edmunds. So handy to walk around the town and see the shops and the Abbey. The interior has a great theme with its colours and fittings. Super comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Sean even provided for our parking needs.

A very nice stay! Felicity is a great host who is very kind and responsive! The location is very convenient, which is just about 15 mind to the city centre. This time I came here to attend my PhD graduation ceremony, I don't know when I will be here next time but I know I will choose This place once again!

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. Viv is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble for her guests. The annex is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and there is always an appreciated welcome pack.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cosy and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Janet was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool after long days out.
