Small, lovingly renovated apartment (approx. 38 m²) right in the center of Wismar and yet in a quiet location. The market square, the harbor, the train station, the bus station and large parking lots are each within walking distance in just a few minutes (3 to 6 minutes). The space approx. 38 m², suitable for 2 (max. 3 people – by arrangement), Bed is 200 x 200 cm, couch is pull-out, Bicycle storage is available in the courtyard, balcony to the rear courtyard, short-term parking is possible in front of the house.

Our charming and sun-drenched house offers everything you need for your vacation. Modern ambiance meets old building charm - with 3 floors on 140 square meters! The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

Modern apartment in Wismar's old town

The apartment used to be a bakery and has now been extensively renovated and modernly redesigned. The clay walls were reconstructed in some areas of the apartment (great indoor climate). It is now a great studio apartment for 2 people. Additional sleeping options for one to two people are possible on request if required. The location of the apartment is ideal: the entire old town and the old harbor can be explored on foot. By car, it's about 15 minutes' drive to the beach.

The modern furnished 3-roomapartment in the historic Ohlerich warehouse is located right at the harbor tip of Wismar. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you can reach the harbor and the shopping mile very quickly. Bicycles can be parked in the small courtyard. Next year we want to renovate the courtyard. Parking in front of the house with a fee, for unloading ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces there. One with fees and one without.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and extends over 2 floors. The box spring bed is then located above the open living area in the converted roof. The cozy apartment is designed for two people. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The total size is 34 m². The market is a 3-5 minute walk and the harbor is a 15-20 minute walk. 30% discount on the Italian gastro in the house.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Our apartment is located in a listed building in the middle of the historic city center, right next to the park, the Fürstenhof and the church of St. George. The entire old town and the harbor are within walking distance. You'll like our apartment because of the coziness, great location, and beautiful views. Our apartment is good for families and couples. If necessary, a second apartment next door can be booked.

The train station is 10 minutes away and the harbor is 15 minutes away.

Lovingly restored studio- apartment near the old harbour( ca. 30m²). Train station bus terminal and a big parking site are a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located in a small lane between Old Harbour and Nicolai Church. With a double bed, small kitchen, fridge and bathroom it´s perfect for a vacation for couples. We can offer an extra camp bed, if needed.
