Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett. Bei Bedarf kann der Schlafsessel zusätzlich zur gemütlichen Einzelliege ausgezogen werden. Auch ein Kinderbett lässt sich noch aufstellen. Im Wohnzimmer lassen sich die Couch als auch die zwei Sessel zu zwei gemütlichen Betten umfunktionieren.

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Das um 1780 als Rauchhaus errichtete Bauernhaus steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde liebevoll erhalten. Ihr übernachtet in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse zur Südseite und Blick in unseren Garten. Terrasse zum Ausruhen. Am Schiffbauerdamm gibt es zwei Parkplätze. Der zweite ist kostenlos. (Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt) Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkuhren: da kann man nur von 19 bis 9:00 Uhr kostenlos parken. Der Bahnhof ist 1 km entfernt.

Die gesamte Altstadt und der Hafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ihr werdet unsere Ferienwohnung wegen der Gemütlichkeit, der tollen Lage, und des schönen Ausblicks mögen. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist gut für Familien und Paare geeignet. Bei Bedarf ist eine zweite Fewo nebenan dazu buchbar.

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)

My accommodation is in the middle of the historical center, the park and the "nightlife" is within walking distance. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.

Die 54 m² große Wohnung liegt nur ca. 80 m vom Zierower Strand entfernt, vom Balkon aus kann man den Blick auf die Ostsee genießen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und im Schlafzimmer lädt ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett zum Ausschlafen ein. Durch die zentrale Lage des Apartments im "gotischen Viertel", 100 m entfernt vom Marktplatz sind sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Unesco-Weltkulturerbestadt, u.a. der schöne alte Hafen mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
