Cute tiny ranch house

Cute little rustic tiny home on a working horse ranch. We do have stalls for boarding if needing a layover while traveling. We do not have horses for rent as this is a private facility. We have protection dogs, chickens, guineas, peacocks, horses and cattle so there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. We are only 12 miles from Denton with lots of shopping and colleges. 45 min from DFW and 40 min from Ft Worth and 50 min from WinStar

Thank you so much for your hospitality and flexibility, We enjoyed a beautiful weekend at your lovely place. My daughter’s wedding took place at Seven Hills event so staying on the property was perfect!! I loved how spacious it is, there’s lotssss of room for air mattresses. The large kitchen was definitely a plus, it has tall windows to enjoy the gorgeous view. Oh and the beds and pillows were everything. The sofa and ottoman also pulled out for extra beds! Bedding was clean as was the whole place. Everyone was willing to help and accommodate and I am most appreciative of you all. Would love to visit again!

Dtwn Decatur Apt: Walk to Restaurants & Shops

Very cute room, a tad larger than a typical hotel room. The tub has JETS! Being on the square gave plenty of eating options. The main downside to the suite is the parking. It doesn't say anywhere in the listing that there is no dedicated parking for the suites, but it's posted everywhere inside that unless you park in one of the parking lots outside of the square, you will be towed. As long as you get there at the right time, we had no problem parking in the parking lot west of the building behind Sweetie Pies Ribeyes. If you arrive at night, the street lights aren't bright to help you find a lot nearby. We loved the amenity of a small kitchenette with a hot plate and pots/pans, but there aren't any cooking utensils, so you have to use silverware on nonstick, which is nerve racking. Be sure to Pack light or you will have some long trips back and forth, as you access the unit by stairwell only. Overall, we had a great experience here and would come back if we're ever in the area again!
