We loved our peaceful stay at Kari’s Airbnb. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the raptors, soaking in the hot tub, and making snores over the fire pit. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a good place with amazing views

My two best friends and I stayed at the fabulous Refugio Graziella for a relaxing girls’ weekend and it. was. perfect. Most of the weekend was spent lounging and chatting in all the many wonderful spaces the home offers: sipping coffee on the peaceful screened-in porch, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the serene fire pit under the string lights with ample firewood and supplies, doing crafts and playing games at the inviting dining room table, cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and listening to music in the cozy living room. We did not end up using the sauna (just didn’t have time), but are already planning a winter getaway to RG. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet getaway, surrounded by nature but still a short drive away from anything you need or want. Clearly, so much thought was put into anticipating the needs of their guests, and that makes Refugio Graziella a place you immediately feel comfortable. 🥰

Wonderful spot for staying in or going out

Dan’s location was the perfect setting for a great vacation… Kasomo lake is private, quiet, relaxing and very beautiful! His cottage is comfortable, quaint and contains everything you need to get away yet feel like you are home. Dan was beyond helpful and responsive. We are already planning an Autumn vacation back to Dan’s. If you need some rest/play in Vilas county, this is your place!

Another amazing stay at the house! It’s a beautiful time of year to visit, everything is green and blooming, and the weather was perfect. So many interesting birds around too. The house is always extremely comfortable, clean, and well appointed, we feel right at home as soon as we step inside. Tracey and Neil are amazing hosts as well, very responsive and great at anticipating anything that might be needed. I’m already looking forward to visiting again!

We were seeking refuge from an extended power outage and were so fortunate to find Chris and Dan’s cabin. It was exactly as described- warm, cozy, and secluded! Communication was excellent and they were so kind and empathetic of our situation. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Beautiful, secluded cabin, clean, cozy, with everything you need for your stay

The cabin was great. Feels safe because there are neighbors but there are trees to block the view so you still get your privacy and you’re not out nowhere by yourself. I love the views from the cabin!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Barbara’s cabin! It was MAGICAL! The property was completely private and peaceful. The most private and peaceful property we have ever visited. The fact that it is located in an area with many Amish neighbors means that there is a peace and quiet as well as harmony in the countryside. We would sit out for our morning coffee on the porch swing and listen to the passing of the horses and carriages. We sat outside all day long every day soaking in the peaceful serenity and the glorious old woods that surrounded us. The best of which was the stunning huge old Oak Tree that graces the front yard. In the morning we would hear the birdsong and the wind in the trees. At nighttime it would grow quiet and last night I heard a Whip-Poor-Will for the first time in my life! Amazing! We bought organic fruit and vegetables at the nearby Amish roadside stand, Busy Bees. The cabin was comfy, cozy& amazingly clean! The windows were spotless! A gem!

The cabin was just what we needed. It was so nice and cozy for my husband and I, and the surrounded area was absolutely beautiful. Hope to stay there again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wanderloft! We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful surroundings of nature and even spent some time in the paddle boat out on the lake. It was the perfect relaxing get away we were hoping it would be. The gas fireplace and record player were such nice touches on the rainy day we spent inside. Molly was a great host, she was incredibly responsive and the house manual had all of the information we could have needed proactively provided!

Such a peaceful and wonderful place. We so enjoyed our time! A really amazing cabin stocked with everything we needed and more. The wood burning stove, tons of firewood, an outside grill over the fire and let me just say it was so quiet all we heard were the critters in the forest surrounding us! Loved staying here and would love to visit again in the future. The location is absolutely stunning and just what we needed for our little weekend get away. Scott was a great host and if we needed anything he was only a message away. Love that it’s out in the country and so safe!

The cabin was exactly the kind of peaceful break we were looking for. We try to include our dogs on road trips (especially as they’re getting older😭), so we were grateful to find a dog-friendly spot! We really appreciated how clean the cabin was, from the crisp bed linens to the bleach bucket for sanitizing dishes before use. We spent our time soaking in the sounds of nature, reading, relaxing by the bonfire, and watching movies. The dogs found their zen sunbathing on the deck. It was a much-needed change of pace from everyday stress. Highly recommend. Thanks, Hannah and Caleb!

Things that stood out include, very friendly and informative host, cleanest rental I've been in, very peaceful, exceeded my expectations. This is a very lovely cabin, everything was easy and reliable. Thank you so much for the space to get away for a bit.

Kristen's place was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful, private, relaxing getaway. The pictures are very accurate, and both the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you Kristen! Only one thing to note - some of the pictures show stocked firewood. You will need to bring your own.

Heidi's place is amazing! We had a great stay and were able to relax completely! Was a bit windy for a fire in the pit but we still had a great time. There is a squeak in the floor upstairs that when you walk across the floor it sounds like someone is trying to turn the door handle aggressively on the front door! It took us a few minutes before we figured it out. lol..... a bit of a scare to say the least. We love the place and will be back! Thank you Heidi for everything!! TC Rio

Absolutely beautiful space. It was the perfect getaway for our mini moon 🩷 Unfortunately, it rained the entire time so we didn't get to explore the trails at all. The space was wonderfully stocked with everything you would need. We will definitely come back!

This was I think our 4th visit to this property! It’s absolutely stunning and with the screened in porch the weather has no effect on us enjoying the outdoors and scenery. We highly recommend
