The cottage is located in one of the oldest parts of Wirksworth, where miners cottages were randomly built around the hillside with a unique maze of paths and 'ginnels' (alleyways). Wirksworth is a small market town on the edge of The Derbyshire Peak District, an ideal location for walking, cycling and other outdoor pursuits. The cottage, originally a quarryman's dwelling, has been fully refurbished and is maintained to a high standard. The accommodation: double and single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and TV lounge. Outside is a decked sitting area. Parking is in the courtyard of Babington House next door.
