Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. The bed is comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, there is quite a bit of noise transfer from the second floor.

Lynelle met us upon arrival. The accommodations were very clean and decorated very nicely. She had snacks in the room that was greatly appreciated. We hit some rainy weather but we were very comfortable in the room. The event we were attending was in Niverville so the location was perfect for some peace and quiet away from the event but we felt it's proximity was very doable.

Had a great time staying at Benjamin and Aline's condo. It was very nicely furnished and clean. They provided all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. The views of the city are amazing and a great way to experience Winnipeg. Having access to a parking spot was also a big plus. Cooking out on the rooftop grills was made better by the convenience of only having one flight of stairs to run back and forth between as needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Benjamin and Aline were very accommodating and helpful all throughout. Perfect place to stay and excellent hosts!

Victor's home is absolutely gorgeous with a modern kitchen, comfortable furniture, and everythint we could possibly need. The house was so clean that it passed my mom's impeccable standards! We had 4 adults and 2 children (2 yrs/1 mo) in our group, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Because the beds were comfortable and the location quiet, everyone was able to sleep well. Additionally, the first load of laundry was covered, coming in handy when my baby vomited all over her car seat (THANK YOU!!). There were so many restaurants, parks and shops around us, and we were only 5 minutes from the zoo. It barely took us 17 minutes to drive to the Forks and historic downtown. HIGHLY recommend Victor's home for families wanting a peaceful location close to everything!

We were evacuated from Flin Flon fires, booked to accommodate my extended family, but didn’t look close at rules…we had pets which aren’t allowed! Des worked with us in light of our situation! Great Peeps, great place so we extended our stay as long as availability would allow! Thanks for getting us through our first week of being refugees! ;)

The place was perfect! It accommodated all 5 of us during our stay. The place was in a perfect spot and away from the main roads so it was nice and quiet.

Comme nous étions en visite au théâtre Cercle Molière qui est à deux minutes de marche, l'endroit était parfait pour nous. Propre et confortable, à 15 minutes à pieds de La Fourche, à 5 minutes de l'Université de St-Boniface, qu'espérez vous de mieux! Les hôtes étaient bien réactif. Merci!

My wife and I were very happy with this small home located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The place is very clean, the kitchen and washroom were well stocked with all the essentials and the host was super friendly and responsive. We're looking forward to come back!

Tynesa is very easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. This was our second time staying there, and we will be back!

Wonderful stay at Francis' quiet, clean, and very comfortable apartment. Excellent communication all along, making the visit stress-free. Good location, with everything (Polo Park, The Forks, U of Manitoba) not more than 10 minutes away by car. Restaurants, groceries, etc within short walking distance. I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!
