Great stay right on the lake!

Unfortunately, our flights canceled and we were not able to travel to Oshkosh and enjoy the airshow. 🙁 Benjamin was a great communicator and disclosed everything about the property. I am certain that we would have enjoyed our stay and found everything in tiptop condition. I would encourage anyone to stay at this property as Benjamin was great to work with. There’s no question my mind that this property would have been an excellent place to stay!

We had a great stay. House is very nice and yard is even better. The hottub/spa is awesome and same with the sun room. They left all sorts of things you would need as well. Easy to find and great neighborhood.

EXCELENT HOUSE AND ALSO THE PLACE WERE IT IS, 3 BLOCKS FROM DOWNTOWN

The house is very close to stores and restaurants, yet 2 exits away it sits in a rural setting. Great backyard with a relaxing view of trees and a garden, hot tub, fire pit and patio chairs, and a gas grill. Inside, lots of good-sized beds, big well stocked kitchen, lots of eating space, and a nice sized living room. Great basement with another living room, pool table, bed and bathroom. Had 7 adults and never once felt cramped or in each other's way. We definitely will be back.

This was a fabulous stay for our three generations! The house was immaculate, the location was perfect & the outside amenities topped it off for relaxing in the evenings. We loved our stay so much, hoping to rent again in the future! Our family has been coming to EAA AirVenture for 20+ years & this is by far our best stay yet! Thank you Mariel!

The Bird House exceeded our expectations. On top of being a beautiful home, Austin & Katie put tremendous thought and consideration into every detail of their amenities. The home was modern but cozy with sweet WI nature details. The hot tub was amazing to star gaze in and the back patio was filled with wildlife to watch. We absolutely loved our stay here and it was a bonus to kayak at Long Lake only a few minutes away. We will be returning again!!

As we get older, my friends and I cherish the time we get to spend together each year on our annual summer trip and this has got to be one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. It was a perfect weekend get-away to unwind and we loved spending time at the lake. The house had a cozy and cabin-like feel to it and it was the perfect size for our group. Bonnie was a great host and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!

This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, the perfect getaway. It was incredibly clean and just so pretty inside and out. We loved how quiet and relaxing it was, and having firewood provided was such a nice touch. You can tell a lot of care went into making the space feel cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Welcoming and attentive caretaker, kitchen amenities, fun for multi-generational groups, hot tub is divine, fun touches. For once, the teen and college-aged boys weren’t bored. I bet it’s even better in the summer. The upstairs bathroom would be happier with one more light. 💡:)

My family and I had a wonderful few days at Bonnie’s place. It had outstanding amenities - a nice hot tub, well supplied kitchen, and all the boats you could want when staying on a beautiful lake. We’d definitely recommend it to others.

My stay here was perfect! There was plenty of space for all seven of my guests. Honestly, the place looked even better than the pictures—spacious, stylish, and had everything I wanted: a pool table, jacuzzi, big backyard, and lots of comfy lounging areas. Sara made the space feel like home and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything—from cooking to cleaning to entertainment—was convenient and easy. She was super responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My only concern was the hard water—it’s not directly the host’s fault, but I’d recommend filters on the faucets and WiFi as a future upgrade. Thanks again for having me, Sara. I’d absolutely come back!

I didn’t maximize what they had to offer because I spent all my time in a kayak fishing! If you haven’t hooked onto a fish 5lbs or more in a kayak….you just haven’t lived life yet!!!
