We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Granby Cottage is a spacious, 2 bed bungalow within the grounds of a private country house estate set within 12 acres of green belt. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden with your own patio & BBQ - do book one of our fantastic (award winning) dog playfields on site. Your dog will be SO pleased. 2 mins drive to a supermarket (Sainsbury’s) and 12 mins on train to Bath.

A romantic and luxurious haven with free off-street car parking right outside and its own garden. Enjoy the comfort of a Super King bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries & stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. This cosy, characterful cottage is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a delightful country getaway. Honeybee cottage is within walking distance of a train station, shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and beautiful countryside walks. A fantastic base to explore Bradford-on-Avon, the city of Bath and its historic surrounding areas such as Wells and the Cotswolds.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Lime Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space.
