The queen bed guest suite has its own direct access to the backyard with a wall of glass, and its own accompanying bath. The king bed master bedroom is a technical delight, with a ceiling mounted, flat-panel TV that rotates for viewing in bed or in the chroma therapy air jet bathtub. A separate shower stall with digital controls sports both a 12" rain shower head and a hand-held shower wand. The master bathroom, like the kitchen extension is completely clad in a warm zen-inducing bamboo. Windsor Park is a laid-back Keep Austin Weird neighborhood where, like Austin, kinda anything goes! Trendy spots nearby include the parks, running trails and pools at Mueller, Alamo Drafthouse Theater, Halcyon Coffee, B.D. Riley's Irish Pub, East Austin Yoga, The kNomad Global Bar, Kirby Lane (pancakes!) and the amazing Paco's Tacos, just to name a few. The eco-friendly, HEB grocery center (.25 miles from the house) has everything from Starbucks & Liquor, to pizza & gas just moments away. There are busses which are frequented by the students in the area, and the nearest light rail is at Highland Mall just 1 mile away. However, like most of Austin, the most convenient option is to have a car. This property is used by the owner for entertaining his own family and guests. It's in tip-top shape and decked out with his personal collection of art and books and a chef's dream kitchen. For the caring and refined guest, this house is an incredible repose and a perfect way to really live in a "Keep Austin Weird" neighborhood but also be accommodated in luxury. The television in this house is entirely driven by digital content and does not include basic cable.

Enjoy modern conveniences in this cozy guest house. Bask in the wonderful morning light from inside the house, or sit outside in the shade under a canopy of beautiful mature trees for breakfast each day. The Casita has its own separate entrance for our guests to come and go as they please. We offer our driveway to our guests that have vehicles. A separate entrance to the casita is for our guests where there is a lovely outdoor patio table and chairs for their use. We love to give our guests privacy and prefer text if they have any questions. However, we are on site if any assistance is required. Stroll just 15 minutes to the the Mueller District, for restaurants and shops, as well as Dell Children's Medical Center and Bartholomew Pool. For Downtown or for the University of Texas, it's an easy 15 minute drive..

This stay was amazing. My partner and I and our pup thoroughly enjoyed our stay at CasaAzul. My partner and I are looking to move to the city so staying here was a perfect location to do our home shopping for the weekend. The host let us check in earlier to make our home tour appointment which we were very grateful for. The host was super responsive and made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed the area. Everything was super close to shopping centers and supermarkets in the area. The tempur-pedic bed was a plus and super relaxing after a long day out in the city. The only suggestions would be maybe add more lighting in the shower room. It was a little dark when taking a shower. And maybe add some zevo light insect traps. There were a few fruit flies when we got there but it is getting close to summer here in Texas so maybe they were trying to beat the heat.

I had a great stay here. Austin is responsive and ready with neighborhood recommendations. The location is awesome - with a convenience store/cafe right next door which was great for grabbing beverages, snacks, etc. There are a number of restaurants and food trucks within a few minutes walk on 11th st. It's about a 10 minute walk south to 6th st if you're looking for a busier area. Overall, I loved the location and would recommended to anyone wanting to stay in the city. Thanks Austin!

Ms. Savannah was very proactive while checking into the apartment. Responded to any of my questions while checking in within minutes. She made sure that everything was good once I got into the apartment. The apartment was very clean. Bathroom and Kitchen was very clean upon arrival. This apartment is close to the Domain shopping center. You are down the streets from all the restaurants and department stores which is very convenient. The recreation center has free coffee, pool table, sitting lounge for conversation. Very friendly staff at the front office. The area is very safe and parking was good for me also. This is the place to be when you are looking for all of the amenities above. I would defiantly rent apartment again while in Austin. Five stars. Thanks again Savannah.

Adriana's place was just as advertised! Clean, comfortable, and very inviting! The location is spectacular, super close to several top destinations in Austin. Adriana was a great host and answered the questions I had exceptionally fast. I would highly recommend her place and will plan on staying there again in the future!
