It is about 20 min away from Venice Beach, LAX, Downtown LA, Hollywood. You have everything you need in this peaceful and spacious suite. RV/Camper for those that dare to try something different! The RV is budget friendly & offers you a place to stay. It has a memory foam full-size bed & small bunk like bed. Its great if you're traveling solo or with a partner. A small patio area is available for you to enjoy. We are 15 mins away from LAX! 7 Mins from the Sofi and major stores like Costco, El Super, Food 4less, Ross & Target. Also, there are nearby restaurants such as Chili's, The Habit & Red Lobster. Classic LA Mediterranean w/ City Views

I love being a host! My partner and I purchased our home in 2018 and are restoring her little by little. This is one of the historic homes in the neighborhood and we are doing our best to bring her back to life. One interesting fact about the home, Mike Love, of the Beach Boys, lived here as a teenager and wrote a song about the property that was recorded on the Holland album. I am stunned by the views across the city to downtown LA every time I see them. Hope you will stay with us!

This newly built guest house is in one of LA’s best neighborhoods. This quiet million dollar historic neighborhood is centrally located minutes from SoFi, the Form, YouTube Theater, Beverley Hills, downtown LA and the beach. Free parking directly in front of house. Full bath and kitchen with full-size refrigerator,  convection microwave, electric stove top and washer and dryer. Queen size bed, and pull out couch. Free parking in front of house.  All windows have blackout shades.
