The apartment was built in 2023 and is located on the first floor of our home. It consists of the following rooms: - Kitchen with dining area - Living room/bedroom (king-size bed and sofa bed) - Spacious bathroom - Small cozy outdoor terrace A free covered parking space is available right next to the apartment.

Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

Das Studio (ca. 30m2, ein grosser Raum) mit grosser Terasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge, liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Es ist durch einen eigenen Zugang erreichbar. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.
