Such a great place to stay! Amazing fire place, bathroom insane and huge, bed comfortable and overall great house to relax in. Short drive into Halls Gap so it feels like it is in the middle Of nowhere but is actually really close to town. Kangaroos lived in the front yard and would come in pretty close. We had an amazing stay. Did some walks one day and then spent the day enjoying the fireplace and relaxing. A prefect house for this! We would stay again.

We had a very peaceful week, taking our two GSDs we were very happy to find a large, private and secure garden. A very peaceful street and just a short walk from the town centre. Lots of local options for food and drinks between Stawell, Pomonal and Halls Gap.

Lovely little cottage with a proper rustic feel. It was as clean as it could be. Checkin instructions were perfectly fine for us. Our (lovely) neighbour checking in to the nearby cabin however had trouble in the dark and ended up knocking on our door for a midnight chat leading to a surprisingly wonderful interaction between strangers in a strange place in a late hour of the night. T&J you made our stay entirely memorable. Haha.. Thanks Denise for a comfortable stay, we picked a good temperature day/night to stay.

I found Suzannes accommodation to be perfect work what i required. She was always quick to communicate, and the place was very clean. I would definitely stay there again

The place was beautiful, neat and clean, the only issue was dogs next door they are so many, and they were keep barking at night and day time too

Absolutely lovely stay even with the rain. we enjoyed bushwalking with the dog and letting him explore the new area. its absolutely cozy and warm with the fire going in the winter. would definitely visit again

The cottage was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. It’s even better than the photos, the location is great, about a 25 min walk into town but the walk was lovely and so much wildlife. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again. Peter was a great host, easily contactable and sent all the information through to us before check in, making it very easy.

Cute little Eco-lodge, beautiful scenes to wake up to, and saw lots of lovely wildlife around the property. If you are staying here you are looking for a remote getaway, so there’s no shops within walking distance. Simple getaway for a bit of relaxation time!

The accommodation was great, clean, had everything we needed. Spacious, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. It was warm and cosy, with heating in main living area and in both the upstairs bedrooms plus a wood heater we used at night that was lovely to sit around. Thanks Janet and Marcus for allowing us to stay at your lovely accommodation.☺️👍

Unbelievable location and accomodation, one of my favourite Airbnb’s thus far. The cabin is the perfect mix of old and new, and the views/environment are even better than the photos. They also provided a significant amount of firewood included in the price. Will definitely be back.

My partner and I were very happy here. The cottage is comfortable with lots of space. The amenities are great and everything is clean and tidy. It’s a pretty area too - great for morning coffees. Despite being in a rural location, the place is fairly accessible and easy to locate. The driveway is a little rough for small or low cars, but it’s not a major issue. Overall a great stay!

Great place with stunning views! It’s a little drive out from Halls Gap but not far enough that you can’t go for dinner etc. It had everything we could have wanted and all communication was very clear. Would recommend to a friend

Our stay at Primrose Cottage was great. The cottage itself was cute and cosy, and had everything we could need. Melissa was a great host, ready to help whenever we asked. She even went out of her way to deliver extra kindling in the evening to ensure we could light the fire. Would happily stay again or recommend to someone else.
