We have just spent 3 nights at Rachel's and had a fantastic time. The whole house is absolutely spotless! There is everything you could possibly need and she supplied so many helpful and generous items such as tea towels, bin bags, washing up liquid dog treats, poop bags and a multi item welcome pack. The house is in a quiet location with a secure garden, great if you have dogs or children. we used it as a base and explored the local area as well as just walking straight down to the local beach which is just a 10 minute walk away and dog friendly.

From the very start Oliver was responsive and lovely to communicate with. The flat was like new and fully equipped with everything we needed/wanted. The location is perfect if you want to be by the sea in Bridlington. We were there for an 'event' so more people around than maybe at other times but even so was not noisy and we got a good nights sleep.

A compact bathroom features a white toilet and pedestal sink, both positioned against tiled walls. A small mirror is mounted above the sink. A towel hangs from a hook, while additional storage is provided by a nearby shelving unit.

Absolutely outstanding service Me and my partner went to Bridlington on a whim and thought we'd have a cheap&cheerful staycation. This flat is the perfect place for a single person or couple. But it has additional fold outs if needed. It's so close to the beach it's practically in the sea and has absolutely anything you'd need. Andy the owner has been so accommodating and considerate, absolutely every amenity thought of from teas and coffee to rainy day books and boardgames. There is also an incredibly detailed binder they left which gives information for tourists like myself and any tips for first timers that range from activities nearby to takeaways. Cannot fault this stay whatsoever and truly hope to stay again in the near future.

having left the apartment this afternoon an excellent week I would happily recommend the apartment to anyone. VERY central to beach shops and obviously a bar or three. The apartment was spotless on arrival. I found that the local railway station was best for parking. £3.30 all day and adjacent to the Tescos store. All in all a fantastic week highly recommended.
