Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeberin war einfach großartig – herzlich, hilfsbereit und von Anfang an herrschte ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Die Lage ist super, alles war gut mit dem Auto oder der Bahn zu erreichen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die frischen Eier und den kleinen Glücksbringer – eine liebevolle Geste, die uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Die Unterkunft war so schön eingerichtet! Sehr großzügig für 2 Personen. Sehe grosses Bad mit separater Dusche und WC. Tolle Küche. Zu unserer Überraschung eine große Terrasse mit riesigem Tisch, sehr gemütlich! Frühstück haben wir vor Ort dazu gebucht und konnten dieses schön auf der Terrasse genießen! Und für 15 Euro war es wirklich lecker! Die Umgebung ist ländlich, wir haben von dort aus Amsterdam und Utrecht besucht, alles schnell von dort zu erreichen und schöne Städte. Karin und ihr Mann sind wirklich herzliche Menschen, bei denen man sich direkt verstanden und Zuhause fühlt😍Immer hilfsbereit, einfach sehr sympathisch❤ Wir waren sehr gerne Gäste bei Ihnen und können die Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen👍😊❤

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben die Ruhe sowie die idyllische Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Hof bietet alles, was man zum Abschalten und Entspannen braucht. Ein echter Rückzugsort vom Alltag. Besonders die morgendlichen Momente mit einer Tasse Kaffee in der Hand, während die Tiere über die Weide zogen, waren einfach magisch.

Das Bed & Breakfast von Bianka und Dick ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir wurden jeden Tag mit einer Kleinigkeit überrascht wie frische Eier und selbstgemachtes Granola. Bianka und Dick waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Unsere zwei Mädchen haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die zwei Hunde Storm und Diesel waren sehr beliebt und super Spielkameraden.

We loved our time here, the house was the perfect base for us to go and explore. The setting is idyllic. We loved the canal at the end of the garden and all the wildlife (especially the herons!), did lots of local walks and were grateful for a wide selection of bikes that allowed us to cycle to a local pancake house one day! The house matches the description and is very clean. It has good facilities including coffee machine and lots of cooking utensils plus lots of games and furniture in the garden. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms were great. We didn’t need the aircon sadly 🤣

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Wir konnten direkt auf das Feld schauen und die Greifvögel beobachten. Wir hatten Regen, Gewitter und Sonnenschein und es war alles ein Abenteuer im Tiny house zu erleben. Vielen Dank
