A Mountain View Chalet is nestled on the wooded hillside of Juniper Hill in Wilmington, NY. The chalet has a spectacular view of and short drive to Whiteface Mountain. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

Butternut House

A quaint one bedroom apartment which includes a completely separate entrance with no steps. The living room and dining area are separate from the bedroom. The apartment has a kitchenette with an under counter refrigerator. Also, there is a larger refrigerator closeted in the living room for your use. We are nestled along the beautiful Ausable river, just minutes from Whiteface Ski mountain and Lake Placid, the Olympic Village. Enjoy nearby hiking, biking, skiing and beautiful scenery!

This beautiful adirondack home is located within 1 mile from Whiteface Mountain ski center, around the corner form the Ausable River, within minutes from several Adirondack High Peaks & Olympic venues and 9 miles from Lake Placid. This is a cozy, traditional mountain home with modern amenities, a fully appointed kitchen & a breathtaking view of Whiteface Mountain from balcony. All linens & towels are provided as well. NO PETS. Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Two bedrooms/one bathroom situated on a large parcel of land complete with Christmas tree farm, fire pit, and large front deck. You won’t want to leave, but if you do, the A-frame is within walking, biking or driving distance to just about everything.
