What a great place! We will definitely be back. The kitchen was so well stocked and had great appliances! The game room was awesome & the beds were so comfortable!

We love Jessica’s place. It’s very clean and warm all you are looking for in a home. Perfect place to stay when you are in Los Alamitos. Jessica is quick and responsive and always communicates well. Thank you for letting us stay this long.

Was a nice place truly close to Disneyland, Beach, and road connections to other parts of California. Had an easy time getting to and from various locations like Little Tokyo, Las Vegas Airport, and LAX. Would recommend sticking around if looking to have a Disneyland and beach day.

Our stay at Larwin was absolutely amazing! This has to be the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We felt right at home the house itself is so nice and quiet at night that my kids finally slept through the night (they don’t even do that at home!). The location feels so safe, with lots of families and people out walking their dogs; great community. We rented a electric vehicle for our trip and this airbnb is within walking distance of Lexington park that is brand new and has plug ins for electric vehicles- so convenient! This airbnb is also within walking distance of Veterans Park with a playground, skatepark and a great walking area! They also have great food options within 1-5 miles of the house such as Nicks Deli 7 minute drive but the best breakfast burritos we have ever had! This house is approximately 10 minutes away from the shops at Rossmoor that has a ton of shopping and great food options! Ralphs is right down the street which was also super convenient, can’t wait to come back
