It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Guest/ back house with private driveway for 2 vehicles. We live in the front house you will enter the back house thru the driveway into the backyard. 15 minutes from Disneyland. 5 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City 30 minutes from many beach cities The perfect central location to see all the best of Orange County and Los Angeles. please note: we have 3 small dogs that use the backyard. Please do not stay here if you are afraid of or have any issues with dogs!!
