Very cute place with lots of nice touches. Two patios to enjoy, one with ocean view. Very comfortable bed. Full cable TV. Great location at end of boardwalk - we sat and watched while enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine. Owners were very responsive!

we had a very good stay! The place was very close to a few museums and within a 15 min drive to great restaurants and other attractions. The two bedrooms were perfect for a family traveling with children and the extra small child amenities were excellent!5/There were a few issues during the stay (WiFi went out and a small sink problem in the bathroom) but the host got them fixed immediately! I'd definitely book this property again!

Anne's place was just spectacular! Perfect for 2 couples as our home-base to explore Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. The high end furnishings are beautiful. The patio, yard and lake view were wonderful. We enjoyed the theater room each night. Thank you for a great vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at Raisa’s apartment! The place is very close to the water and since it is pet friendly I brought my dog. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of historic homes to walk around and look at. It’s also very close to the highway so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much!

Steff's place is great! This is our 4th year staying here on our way down to the beach. She thinks of everything you may need for your stay and responds quickly to messages. she eveneaves treats for the doggies! Highly recommend!

Lovely carriage house on large and private property, very quiet and peaceful. Nikki's home is elegant and delightful. When we arrived it was set up for our arrival with the most romantic and dreamy lighting with music, my husband and I were both delighted!! The apartment style carriage is well decorated with tasteful art and antiques. Nikki and her family were the perfects hosts, ensuring everything we (and our pups) needed during our extended stay. 100% would recommend to anyone traveling in the area, you will be well looked after by Nikki.

The resort was great, had activities that my kids enjoyed. I was very happy with the 3rd bedroom lock off as it allowed the teenagers to have their own space. However, I was not aware that we would have to attend a timeshare presentation, or pay a $60 fee. I was told at checkin and was also told it was 90 mins and be there at 9am. Even though I was upfront about not wanting a timeshare it still took me 2 hours and 39 mins to get out of there which wasted my entire morning which happened to be one of the only two sunny days of the week. Loved the place, would stay again but didn’t like how there was a requirement of my time.

Great space! Plenty of room, nice amenities, very clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet and private. Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this listing and would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...loved the back patio/deck area, the house was clean and well decorated, and the host was super responsive. We liked it so much that we tried to stay another day (the host did everything he could to make that happen), but unfortunately, we were unable to do so. We've stayed at 5 or 6 Airbnbs, but this has been our favorite so far!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was easy and they left the lights on for us, so it was easy to find in the dark! We were looking for a place to stay near the Surry Seafood Marina and this was very convenient. The fenced in back yard was so great to have for our dogs! They loved all of the different terrains within the fence. The refrigerator and freezer are a nice size to bring your own food and make your own meals. And there is a Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and Family Dollar right around the corner if you forget anything. We will be renting this place, again!

This was the most comfortable stay. All of the girls were more than comfortable. Very accommodating and spotless. This was my sister in law’s first pick when looking where to stay for our getaway. Michelle is a wonderful host, always willing to help however needed and very responsive!

It was perfect for my friends and I. We relaxed, stitched, visited Williamsburg, the antique mall and the cross stitch shop. ALL very close.

Cute and cozy, this house has unique and unusual features because of its age that make it an interesting place to stay. Loved the frog song from the wetlands in the neighborhood and the proximity to various waterways and scenic views.

this was our second time visiting after 2 years it looked fresh and clean and beautiful as our first stay the house is beautifully appointed with furnishings and all the comforts of home right down to drink shaker and hand mixer needed for me to make goodies to take to my families home nearby they also filled fridge with all sorts of goodies like eggs butter bagels juice pancake mix and strawberries just all sorts of things it really made us feel just like home can’t wait to go back again next year

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

E’s place was great for our long weekend getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet and is great to walk around. I have a dog so the place was great for her. Overall, a great place.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

The villa was the perfect place for our family to stay for graduation weekend at William and Mary. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Setting was lovely and great for walks in our down time. The only issue we had was the villa was not ready at the designated check in time and we had to wait an hour before we could get in.

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.

Excellent location and facility. Christina was a great asset throughout the process and we enjoyed our time. This is not related to the airbnb host but the on site staff on check in night were terrible. I told them up front we had been traveling since 2:30AM pacific and I had to tell him 3 times that I didn't want a free gift or too sit through a sales pitch. He then made a passive aggressive comment while grudgingly giving g over my room key.
