Historic Powhatan Resort is a great place to stay. Clean, beautiful grounds. Pool was lovely, plenty of space, kids side and adults side. Nice Staff. Perfectly located for exploring the area. Close to groceries, good resaurants. Very quiet when we were there, but it probably depends on who is placed next to you. The unit itself was HUGE for 4 of us. We all had our own space if we wanted it. Clean upon check in, some where and tear. Beds very comfy. Kitchen was appointed with just enough tools to function, if you like to cook bring your extra tools and supplies. Ants and millipedes came into the unit at the end the trip, but I assumed it was due to the rains. Locals appreared unphazed, so I guess its a Virginia thing. Tania was responsive on the few questions we had. Totally recommend!!

Family-friendly resort in a central location to all that Williamsburg has to offer. Very spacious rooms.

Place was great. Family loved it. Plenty to do. Communication was great and check in and out was a breeze!

We stayed in the Patriot Suite and the King Size Bed was AWESOME!!! Amy & Paul were great Host and made you feel like family. We even went to church with them and were highly blessed! Thank you Amy & Paul for everything!!! We highly recommend staying there! Nancy & Randell

Close to most things you'd want to do in a visit to wmsbg. Very clean and we loved using the indoor heated pool at the aquaticcenter and would love to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy other family friendly amenities

Rob and Julia were super responsive and accommodated our last minute booking. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious for our family of six. The facility overall was well maintained and good with guests. They were particularly conscientious about covid protocols to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately that meant some of the amenities like the gym and restaurant weren't reopened yet but that will surely change in coming months. So if you're looking for a decent, family friendly spot for a few days, this is definitely good option.

Catherine is a great host. She is very responsive and full of knowledge of the area. The place is in the perfect location and we had the best seats in the house for the fireworks on the 4th of July! I will say is this isn’t like your typical suite. It is like 3 hotel rooms that are behind a locked door. But although it was different than what I expected it was great because it gave everyone their own space. That being said, I would definitely rent this place again. It was perfect for our family to be together, reconnect and make memories❤️

The accommodations were lovely and well-appointed. This unit is within a gated Wyndham property and very well-maintained, with lots of on-site amenities and secure surrounds. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and comfy, and suited our large party perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Got a great room in Virginia Beach which is typically a resort and right on the beachfront during the off season. Had a great time and the resort was very comfortable for the stay.

A great resort to stay at. Kid friendly and is close to a lot of Williamsburg attractions. The owner was quick to respond and gave good instructions for the stay! Would stay with them again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were great, there was a lot to do on the resort. The location was very close to all the historical sites and restaurants.

This was the perfect stay for our family of four. The place was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was equipped for cooking with pots, pans, and utensils. It also is close to the onsite pool and firepit. It is in a peaceful area away from the main road, and only about a 5 minute drive to Colonial Williamsburg, which was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

This was a great stay Pools were big and adult pool was great and play rooms and arcades for kids being completely free and included was a great extra. I will be back

The location was excellent—conveniently close to restaurants and local attractions. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While we didn’t use the pool, the overall environment was pleasant and relaxing. There was a small timeshare pitch upon check-in, but it was brief and not overly aggressive. Overall, a great stay and would recommend for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Short drive to restaurants. ~15 min to Busch Gardens. Nice property with things for the kids to do.

Williamsburg..... Location, location, location. The condo was in a perfect location, central to everything. Condo was well stocked, clean, and quiet.

Maria was indeed a great host. The loft was perfect for what I needed, and the location was 8-12 minutes to every destinationI selected. I love that I had my own parking space and a lock on my loft door from the inside.

I never thought I’d see the day where I enjoyed staying at a Motel. The Rochambeau definitely brings the aesthetic and comfort of a boutique suite. We only stayed for one night but I definitely want to come back and stay for longer. The room was simple but perfect for what we needed and beautiful and so clean! On top of that the area is very quiet and only 15-20 minutes from a plethora of dining options and of course only 8 minutes away from Busch Gardens. Highly recommend!
