A large, cozy, non-smoking vacation rental awaits you, with its own Entrance. On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is like new and ready for you.

The large, covered south balcony offers you a wide view over the Jade Bay. The Helgolandhaus is an owner's complex and not a holiday complex. Thus, considerate treatment of guests and owners is required. With this special accommodation, all important points of contact are close by. Towels & bed linen included.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

You will be welcomed in a renovated, cozy and modern furnished condominium in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a traffic-calmed zone. Relax in the cozy living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the countryside, as well as the city's landmark, the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. The bedroom offers you a cozy 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa bed.

Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily accessible via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.
