The apartment is almost 55m2 and is located on the main side in a tower of the so-called 'Columbus Center'. It was completely renovated and furnished in the summer of 2010.

Located directly on the harbor, the apartment is quiet and yet right in the center of the city's cultural life. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
