The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.
