Stunning annex, beautifully done and spotlessly clean. The annex is within walking distance of the cathedral which made it the perfect place to stay after our ball. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

A perfect Hen party staycation! Luke was very accommodating to include more beds for our higher number of guests. The outdoor seating area, grass area, and hot tub/pool/sauna/games room area is where we spent most of our time and it was great for group settings. While the gravel drive is big enough to fit approx 8 cars, you can't turn around in there so have to be open to doing a lot of maneuvering to get the cars in and out. The house itself is indeed like a tardis - a great space to sleep all 27 guests we had. The only drawback I felt was the small oven space. For our large group, this became a challenge when cooking meals. We made it work but just an FYI! The lockbox access to get the key was super simple, making check in and check out very easy. Luke was also accommodating to allow for a flexible check out! Would definitely recommend Luke's place for a Hen weekend to remember.

Great stay, perfect location for my rowing crew training out of Ely. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
