Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Op nog geen 20 minuten rijden van Amsterdam en 10 minuten varen, waan je jezelf helemaal in de natuur. Midden op de plas met wijds uitzicht, staat deze offgrid blokhut, van alle gemakken voorzien: De zonnepanelen geven electriciteit voor licht, ijskast, koffie machine en een warme douche! Koken op een 4 pits luxe binnen keuken gaat op gas. De WC is nieuw met een mobiele troley onder de WC (niet zichtbaar en je hoeft het ook niet zelf te legen). Alles is net nieuw en op top luxe ingericht.

Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Beautiful 6p villa, 200m2 near Utrecht

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Een unieke ervaring! Neem een duik in het water, eet en drink op het terras en geniet van de vrijheid. Een waar vakantiegevoel. Lekker aan het water en toch op loopafstand van het centrum van Utrecht. Wij hopen dat jullie kunnen genieten van ons fijne thuis. Ook super fijn voor kinderen. Wij hebben zelf een peuter dus peuterslaapkamer, speelgoed, badje én hekwerk bij het water.. het is allemaal aanwezig! Let op : wij hebben twee (hele lieve!) Britse Korthaar poezen!

Tiny house: Romantic sailboat in Amsterdam.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.
