You can swim or paddleboard (incl.) into the water via our jetty. With our boat (€150 incl. gas, to be booked per day), you can sail to the lakes and visit a restaurant. Or go BBQ on our covered terrace with Weber BBQ and cozy lighting. Close by are woods and heath where dogs can run free, with nice restaurants.

Discover this peaceful waterside retreat, accessible only by boat. A complimentary 5-minute boat transfer from the parking area is included. We will personally welcome you, accompany you to the cabin, and give a brief introduction to the accommodation, the boat, and the surrounding area. We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

We hope you will treat our boat as well as we do. Of course, smoking is not allowed inside. No problem for you? Looking forward to welcoming you! In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

The houseboat has a capacity of up to 11 people, has a total area of approximately 240 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, two toilets, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with all imaginable appliances, washing machine and dryer, and in the garden a spacious heated and covered Jacuzzi. The spacious living room has a seating area around the fireplace, television.

A cozy house on the water, close to Amsterdam. There is free parking at the door. Walking forests across the street, Loosdrechtse lakes with boat rental and beaches very close by. Within half an hour, you will be in the heart of Amsterdam or Utrecht. Unique is the bright living room/kitchen with large windows all around and French doors to the terrace. Unobstructed views of swans, ducks, coots. And in the evening, you can relax by the fireplace.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Nature nearby for walking, cycling, swimming. But also Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum are close by. If you want to exercise, you can do that too! You can, if you want, use our cross fit box/fitness room. If you come with your family, games and crafts are available.
